ClinicalSwipe × HashCare · for Kinesis Integrated

An HSA/FSA decision your
auditor can't argue with.

Some Kinesis athletes can pay for their coaching with pre-tax HSA/FSA dollars — the ones with a qualifying medical condition, confirmed by an independent physician. Here is the whole decision, end to end: the honest yes, the honest no, and a receipt anyone can verify without trusting us.

What ClinicalSwipe does for Kinesis

Not just an eligibility answer — a whole affordability + compliance layer, at zero cost to you.

A self-serve front door

A Kinesis-branded two-minute pre-screen — hosted, or embedded on kinesisintegrated.com — turns "can I use my HSA/FSA?" from a support email into an instant, honest answer. Health answers never leave the athlete's browser.

Coaching a third cheaper — for those who qualify

A qualifying athlete pays with pre-tax dollars, so their real cost of coaching drops ~30–35%. Same price to you, materially cheaper to them → more sign-ups and better retention. That's your upside, and it's clean.

A physician makes the call — not you

An independent, specialty-matched licensed physician signs the Letter of Medical Necessity or declines. Kinesis never makes a medical or eligibility claim, so Kinesis carries no medical-practice risk.

The honest no, documented

Athletes who don't qualify get a clear no — and a verifiable record of it. No dubious letters floating around your book; nothing an auditor can unwind later.

The model — and why it's the defensible one

You asked whether we should share in the savings, the way some HSA/FSA-enablement companies do. The answer is a deliberate no — and that "no" is the strongest thing we're selling.

What the athlete saves

Paying with pre-tax HSA/FSA dollars is ~30–35% cheaper at a typical marginal rate. On $3,000/yr of eligible coaching, that's roughly $1,000 the athlete keeps. (illustrative — the real figure depends on the athlete's plan and tax rate)

What we charge

A flat fee per physician review — identical whether the answer is yes or no. Kinesis pays $0. We take $0 of your revenue and $0 of the athlete's savings.

Why not share the savings

A cut of the transaction only grows when approvals grow — exactly the incentive an auditor looks for, and what makes a letter suspect. A flat, outcome-independent fee is what lets the physician's no be real — which is what makes every yes bankable.

So Kinesis wins on volume and retention — eligible coaching just got a third cheaper — not on a kickback, and every eligible claim is one an athlete can defend under audit. Kinesis taking $0 also keeps the arrangement clean under anti-kickback rules (a feature, not a compromise). Final qualifying criteria pending our funded legal opinion.

The two halves Chris asked to see

One decision, two products. Neither works without the other.

clinicalswipe.com — the review network

A named physician stands behind it

AI drafts the eligibility rationale; a licensed, specialty-matched physician reviews it and independently signs a defensible Letter of Medical Necessity — or declines. The physician is accountable for the decision. The honest no is the product: it is what keeps every yes defensible.
